This project developed a 1200m2 block into a strata titled duplex.
Each home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, lounge and living areas, alfresco and car port.
The houses were constructed with reinforced concrete to ground slab, face brick to walls, timber roof structure and zincalume steel sheeting.
