CHALMERS ST. PROJECT

This project developed a 1900m2 block into four strata titled two storey townhouses.

Each home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and living areas, study area, alfresco and lock up garage.
Each has large areas of glass to northern sides to draw in winter sun. The master suites have walk in robes and ensuite bathrooms and a spa bath. Each feature timber staircases to the upper storey.

The houses were constructed with reinforced concrete to ground and suspended slabs, face brick and rendered brick to walls, timber roof structure and zincalume & colorbond steel sheeting.
A common driveway separates the four units.
