This project developed a 1750m2 block into 17 two and three bedroom condominiums.
The four level building was all constructed with timber, including; wall frames, floors, rafters, roof covering and weatherboards.
Craig Hardie was the site supervising engineer on the project and designed the solar greenhouse addition to unit 9 that gathered and stored heat with a Trombe wall.
