The KIng George St. Apartments project was a four story apartment building housing 6 units
with two per floor and basement carparking.
The construction materials were ; reinforced concrete for footings, ground and suspended slabs, face brick to walls, timber roof structure with colorbond steel sheeting.
Each apartment has views to the Swan River and the city of Perth from the living & kitchen areas. The two bedroom apartments have two balconies with a basement carbay.
