The beer garden of the original Newmarket Hotel was the building site for this 8 unit apartment building.
The apartment block was four stories high with four units per floor serviced from two separate staircases with basement carparking.
The construction materials ; reinforced concrete for footings, ground and suspended slabs, recycled brick walls, timber roof structure with zincalume steel sheeting.
Two and three bedroom units.Each has two bathrooms, balcony and a basement carbay.
