The Waterloo Crescent project was the design and construction of three 6 unit apartment blocks.
Each building was four stories high with two units per floor and basement carparking. Elevators serviced each floor.
The construction materials were ; reinforced concrete for footings, ground and suspended slabs, Rendered and face brick to walls, timber roof structure with clay tiles and zincalume steel sheeting.
Each apartment has views to the Swan River from the living & kitchen areas. Each has two bedrooms, two bathrooms,three balconies and two basement carbays.
