ANNIE ST PROJECT

An odd shaped block made the design of this residence unusual. A narrow footprint made it necessary for a long hallway down the entire ground floor level. The living, kitchen, meals and master bedroom are all upstairs in the front section of the house.


The house was constructed with reinforced concrete ground and suspended slabs, rendered brick walls, timber roof structure and colorbond steel sheeting.
The completed home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage, office, theatre room and alfresco area.
