This project developed a 2000m2 block into five strata titled three bedroom , two bathroom townhouses.
Each home is detached with its own street frontage, driveway and garage or carport.
The houses were constructed with reinforced concrete to ground and suspended slabs, banded face brick to walls, timber roof structure and clay tiles for roof covering.
